In a nutshell:

• I am a single dad, living in west-end Toronto
• I am a civil servant and human factors specialist. I will not talk about my work or politics (at least as it pertains to my work), so don’t even ask!
• I have tried desperately to avoid gadgets, but have recently succumbed to smartphone madness
• I am a vegetarian who is still searching for the courage to be fully vegan when I travel far away from home on business (try ordering a vegan meal in rural Alberta!)
• I love my city and my neighbourhood — I often wish I had a job just walking the streets of Toronto and microblogging what I see.
